汉语语境:
在翻译的整个过程中充分考虑语境的重要作用是很有必要的。翻译关注的中心是意义层的成功转换。而意义是多层次的、动态的，所以一名译者仅仅掌握双语字典上所给出的概念意义是远远不够的。译者对意义的理解应更深入一步，即从一般的概念意义扩展至语境意义。
英语语境:
It is quite necessary to take the important role of context or situation into consideration in the whole process of translation. The interest of translation is centered around the successful transfer of meaning. And as meaning is multilayered and dynamic, it is not right for the translator to just understand the conceptual meaning of the word given in bilingual dictionaries. He or she should go further from its conceptual meaning to understand its situated meaning.
