杂技倒立技巧之一。用拇指和食指作为支点的倒立，有假八字顶和真八字顶两种。拇指、食指成外八字形，摁板凳，两手距离与肩同宽，其他三指环向手心，环指外侧拄凳面，以拇、食指为主，环指外侧为辅，支起全身，两臂慢慢前冲、梗头、卷身、提腰，两脚离地，并腿，绷紧脚面，起顶。此为假八字顶。真八字顶的不用之处在于只用拇指、食指两指支起的倒立。

英语语境:

Thumb-and-forefinger handstand is one of acrobatic handstand skills. It is diveded into false handstand and true handstand. Splay out the thumb and forefinger, press the bench, make the distance between the two hands the same as the shoulder-width, hold the other three fingers towards the palm of the hand, and put the outside of the ring finger on the bench surface. All these done, prop up the body mainly with the thumb and forefinger, as well as the outside of the ring finger. Afterwards, move the arms slowly forward, stiffen the neck, curl the body, haul up the waist, lift two feet into the air, put together two legs, tighten the feet surface, and then stand on hands. The above is a false thumb-and-forefinger handstand. The true handstand differs only in one aspect, namely, it is supported with merely the thumb and forefinger.
