Revolving scenic lantern is a kind of folk dance of the Han nationality which is performed mainly before and after the Spring Festival. The number of performers is usually three, sometimes seven. All leaders are senior artists who have outstanding performance skills. They form temporary revolving scenic lantern teams with enthusiasts to perform during the Spring Festival, and the teams disband after the holiday.
