吹腔，因用笛子伴奏，故称之为“吹腔”。原为五声音阶，后宫、徴二宫调相犯发展为六音阶，进一步又成七音阶。
英语语境:
Chuiqiang is accompanied by the flute; therefore, it gets its name. Originally it had a pentatonic scale. With Gong Tune conflicting with Zhi Tune, it developed into a hexatonic scale, and further into a heptatonic scale.
