菲察克，是锡伯族特有的单簧气鸣乐器。汉族称其为苇笛。流行于新疆维吾尔自治区伊犁哈萨克自治州察布查尔锡伯自治县各地。苇笛制作简单，用芦苇做成，管身长21厘米左右，每根苇管上分别开有6个音孔，簧哨也用芦苇制作，比管身略细，插在管身上口内。

Fei Cha Ke (known as reed flute by the Han Chinese) is an unique single-reed blowing instrument of Xibo natinality. It prevails in Qapqal Xibe Autonomous County, Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, Yili, in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The method of making the reed flute is simple. It is made of reed, and has a body of 21 cm long. There are six holes in each pipe. The whistle, which also made of reed and which is thiner than the body, is inserted inside the upper opening of the pipe body.
