Gugunliufeng drum dance is about the story in the Three Kingdoms period. One day, when Zhang Fei was reviewing troops, General Liao Hua reported that Guan Yu died in Mai City. Zhang Fei felt shocked and painful, blaming Liao Hua for he did not ask Liu Feng in Shangyong for help. Liao Hua replied that Liu Feng refused to help. Regardless the fact that Liu Feng had a large army, Zhang Fei decided to attack Liu Feng. At the point of their meeting, drama conflicts gradually developed, and the story ended up with Zhang Fei's victory and Liu Feng's failure.
