As a national traditional sport, Chinese Wushu is the carrier of the traditional Chinese culture with a rich content. It now attracts the attention of the world with its unique charm and its openness in today's society where the cultural exchange and merge are undergoing. The combination of Chinese Wushu and the group calisthenics is the reflection of its value and function. Since the ancient time, the element of Wushu has been melted into the large-scale sport competitions, for instance, Grand Wushu Dance in the Shang and Zhou dynasties, and Character Dance and Flower Dance in the Tang and Song dynasties.
