According to the archaeological materials, most of the porcelains with incised decoration on bead-pattern ground can be divided into three types, that is Lushan kiln porcelain, Mixian kiln porcelain and Dengfeng kiln porcelain. The author thinks this kind of porcelain appeared in Northern Song dynasty and was popular in the Northern Song and Jin dynasties, and this technology was firstly used in Mixian, Lushan, Dengfeng and Cizhou kilns.
