Chinese folk dance owns a diversity of types and forms. According to regional features, it could be roughly divided into "Yanko dance in the North and flower-drum-lantern dance in the South". Regardless of Yanko dance or lantern dance, each type of dance has its distinctive style and characteristics, thus forming enriched and special dance culture. The "Three Bends" is one of the most outstanding styles in Chinese folk dance.
