In the traditional GPS transceiver, the signal we receive has been encoded by PN sequence and then been modulated by BPSK. But in the link of the transmission, the factors of the time-delay etc. can cause the signal unsynchronized. In view of this situation, in the reasearch the generation of the spread spectrum code as well as two functional modules including acquisition and despreading module are designed.
