英语语境:
"The God Under the Moon Makes Earthly Spouses" by Liu Dui in the early Ming Dynasty is a rather controversial one among contemporary zaju operas. The original script is lost. Judging from the extant excerpts, it belongs to operas concerning taoist deities. Its story derives from Sequel to Records of the Supernatual: the Shop for Betrothal, by Li Fuyan in Tang Dynasty. It gives an account of how Wei Gu comes across a god under the moon and how he finally marries the daughter of the elder blind lady who sells vegetables.
