属舞是一种汉代舞蹈风俗，主要流行于宴饮及社交等小型场合，指宾客间彼此相邀起舞助兴，其邀舞方式与现代交谊舞颇为类似。一般是一人先舞，以自舞表示向他人发出邀请，即所谓“属”他人，他人待其舞毕，必须亦起舞为报，这就是所谓“相属”。这样每人起舞，再属他人，如此循环相邀，使整个场合气氛活跃热烈。

英语语境:

As a dance custom prevalent in the Han Dynasty in ancient China, the practice of inviting others to dance was very popular in the occasions of parties and other social activities. Much similar to the modern social dancing in inviting others to dance, such practice of invitation refers to the conscious behavior among the guests with a tacit knowledge of the invitation. Usually, one guest dances first himself or herself to give other guests the hint of dancing together, i.e. giving an invitation to others. Then in response, the guests who receive the "invitation" must present himself in dancing. In this way, the party can probably reach its climax for the lively atmosphere.
