耍飞叉的基本动作有三种: 一是“筛糠”，即将飞叉由右臂上滚下后，接着把它撩起来，再用左臂肘将飞叉碰上去，将叉杆经过头顶，再由右臂上滚下，如此循环往复。 二是“过脖”。即双手将飞叉撩上后，接着将左臂上举，使落下的飞叉由右肩上滚下。三是“手串”。

英语语境:

There are three basic movements to flourish a flying fork. The first one is called sifting chaff. When doing this, the perforer puts a flying fork down his right arm and then holds it overhead by his left elbow and at last rolls it down along right arm, and so forth. The second one is called passing neck. The flying fork is put up and then put down from the left shoulder to right shoulder. The third one is called hand string.
