钢琴二重奏原是从钢琴教学中发展起来的一种演奏形式，分为四手联弹和双钢琴两种。莫扎特时代这种演奏形式已经开始走向音乐会舞台， 随后很多作曲家都专门创作了钢琴二重奏作品，成为后人学习和演奏的优秀曲目。这些乐曲不仅有很高的艺术性，而且还具有较高的教学价值。但是，限于传统钢琴教学的“一对一”性， 使其在现实的教学中却没有得到应有的重视。

英语语境:

The piano duet was a performance type that came from the piano teaching, and it includes two kinds, that is, four hands playing piano and double pianos. This performance form had begun to appear on musical stage in Mozart time, and then many composers specifically wrote a lot of piano duet works, which became excellent repertoire to study and perform.
