The Aegean Civilization communicated intimately with the Ancient Egyptian Civilization, which can be regarded as the origin of the exchange between eastern and western cultures. Suitable geographical circumstance and mutual requirements for resources were objective and subjective conditions. Their main form of communication was in the trade field, with also diplomatic and military communications. Three obvious characteristics can be found with these communications: first, the ways of communication were different in each period; second, the side that was affected mostly was the Aegean Civilization; third, the Ancient Egypt Civilization occupied a leading position, but the communication took place in a peaceful environment.
