Under the painstaking management of Juqu Mengxun, the Northern Liang Kingdom enjoyed rapid developing economy, prosperous culture, and popular Budhism life, and became the cultural center and especially the center of Buddhist scriptures translation in north China, and was extremely flourishing during that period.
