Colonialism is a capitalist outcome. The human society has entered into such an era that it wants to eradicate any colonist system thoroughly since the 20th century. In the process of promoting decolonization, the UN has formed an autonomous system and a trusteeship system to place the decolonization issue under an international supervision system. It has set up a committee of trusteeship and established some laws or regulations, and particularly the regulation of keeping peace, to transform the “ethnic autonomy” confirmed in “The Declaration of Decolonization” into the reality of “ethnic independence and liberation”. It has undoubtedly contributed very much to the movement of eradicating colonization in the world.
