珠海竹仙洞摩崖石刻群，整个群以乩文开头，而后涉及乩文的还有三处。乩是中国一种古老的占卜术，有扶乩和童乩两种，都是通过作法传达神意，乩人则充当灵媒的作用。童乩仪式是乩童在精神恍惚状态下用语言宣示神意，而扶乩则是在沙盘上写字宦示神意，通常能写出五言、七言、十言的诗词式训词。
