1981年，考古学家在土默特右旗征集到康熙六十一年（1722）的《诰命书》一份。《诰命书》卷长120厘米，幅宽30厘米，宣纸托裱，为黑、红两色织锦，中间对折。地纹为云朵，云朵分两色，黑地织银色云朵，文为朱书；红地织金色云朵，文为墨书。竖开，从左至右顺读。卷首纵织银龙二条，头向相反，两龙间织银色小篆体“奉天浩命” 四字。全文二十一行，二百一十四字。
英语语境:
In 1981, archaeologists collected an imperial mandate of the 61st year of Kangxin (1722 A.D.) in Tumd Right Banner. The length of the sheet is 120 cm, and the width 30 cm, with xuan paper mounted on the back of the imperial mandate. The brocade is black and red, which is folded in half down the middle. The ground-tints are composed of a sheet of clouds, which can be further divided into two types: one type is silver cloud on a black background with red scripts; the other type is gold cloud on a red background with ink scripts. The imperial mandate is vertically designed and reads from left to right; there are two silver dragons weaved vertically in the front of the mandate, and the two dragons are in the opposite direction, among which there are four silver small-seal style characters “奉天浩命” (receive instructions from heaven). The full text consists of 21 lines with 214 characters in total.
