我国是一个农业大国，农村的土地面积大，在漫长的发展当中，村落记载了人们的历史活动，承载着我国农业社会的传统文化。然而，随着社会的发展，村落的地域特色以及多样化风貌正在丧失，一些保存较为完整的传统村落也正在面临危机。杨柳村作为南京地区保存较为完整且规模最大的明清古民居群所在的村落，更值得我们去研究。目前杨柳村大量的古民居处于闲置和荒废状态，多处能够反映传统文化的风貌特征已经不复存在，因此，这些保留下来的古建格局和村落的空间形态值得我们去研究和关注。与此同时，新建的民居组团所形成的形态与古村落原有形态之间的关系该如何协调仍然是值得深思的问题。

英语语境:

China has long been a large agricultural country, and villages account for the vast majority of the total land area. In the long term of the development, villages record people's activities, and carry the tradition culture of agricultural society in China. However, with the development of the society, geographical features and diverse styles of villages are dying out. Several relatively well-preserved traditional villages are also at stake. Yangliu Village, known as the largest and most well-preserved location for population dwelling of Ming and Qing Dynasties in Nanjing, is more worth researching. Now in Yangliu Village, a large number of ancient dwellings are idle and abandoned, and several features which can reflect the traditional culture have disappeared. So these preserved ancient pattern of houses and spatial form of the village is worth our study and attention. Meanwhile, it's also worth pondering how to harmonize the relationship between the morphology of new built dwellings group and ancient villages.
