1993年春，邳州市博物馆对位于江苏邳州市戴庄镇西约2公里的九女墩三号墩进行了发掘。墓室平面略呈方形，由前室、主室、侧室、兵器车马器坑、陪葬坑及生土祭祀台等组成。该墓出土了大量青铜礼乐器、陶器等珍贵文物，其中钮钟上刻有“徐王之孙”等铭文。据有关史料及遗迹，该墓主被认定为徐国王室贵族。

In the spring of 1993, Pizhou Municipal Museum made excavation of the mound No.3 of Jiunvdun, which was located about 2 km west of Daizhuang Town in Pizhou City, Jiangsu province. The tomb-pit has a square plan and consists of an anteroom, a main chamber, side rooms, a weapon and horse-and-chariot trapping pit, objects accompanying the deceased pits and a sacrificial altar of immature soil. A large number of ritual bronzes and musical instruments were unearthed, including a Niuzhong with the inscriptions of “the grandson of King Xu”. According to the relevant historic materials and relics, the tomb owner was identified as the aristocrat of the royal family of the State of Xu.
