东宁小地营遗址位于东宁县道河镇小地营村东，遗址坐落在绥芬河左岸的一级台地上。小地营渤海房址则是1988年黑龙江省文物普查时发现的，位于遗址北部，其南侧即为绥芬河故道。由于江水的冲刷，遗址破坏严重，东部和西部已破坏殆尽，南侧已形成断崖，从断崖上可直接看到房址的剖面堆积。
英语语境:
The Xiaodiying Site of Dongning lies in the east of Xiaodiying Village of Daohe Town, Dongning County. It locates on the mesa on the left side of Suifen River. The house-foundation of the Bohai period at Xiaodiying was discovered during the general relic investigation in Heilongjiang province in 1988 which lies in the north of the Xiaodiying Site with the old Suifen River on its south side. The site has been seriously damaged as a result of the erosion by the river. The east and west had been totally destroyed and the south turned into cliff from which one can see the accumulated sections of the house-foundation.
