2007年5月，焦作市中站区一座墓内清理出珍贵文物83件，其中3件为元代瓷罐，80件为彩绘陶车马及人物俑，组成一支庞大的车马出行方阵。陶俑制作精细，表情生动，色泽艳丽，保存比较完整。通过墓志可知为元代怀孟路总管靳德茂之墓。这批彩绘陶俑是目前我国出土的第一批完整的元代出行方阵，为研究元代历史、文化、风俗等提供了珍贵的实物资料。
英语语境:
In May 2007, eighty three exquisite cultural relics were unearthed from a tomb at Zhongzhan District in Jiaozuo City. Among them, there were three porcelain jars, eighty colored potter's wheels and pottery figurines, which formed a large phalanx of chariots and horses. The pottery figurines were made with fine workmanship, vivid expression and bright colors which were well-preserved. According to the epitaph, the owner of the tomb was Jin Demao, a manager of Huaimeng Road of Yuan dynasty. The pottery figurines are the first intact batch of phalanx of colored guards discovered so far in China, which has provided valuable materials for studying the history, culture and custom of Yuan dynasty.
