The Donggangtou is a well-preserved archaeological site with rich cultural accumulations and connotations. It is invaluable to the study of Jiangnan culture of Shang and Zhou Dynasties as well as the Neolithic cultural features in Ningzhen. The site is located in Qinhuai river valley, the center of the Hushu Culture, and its culture relics in the Western Zhou period present typical Hushu Culture features. The excavation would be conducive to a better grasp of the typical features of Hushu Culture and provides new materials for further studies on Hushu Culture.

1997年5月～7月，原天津市历史博物馆考古部对天津市宝坻区霍各庄乡哈喇庄遗址进行了发掘。该遗址占地面积17万多平米，清理出房址1座、灰坑61个、灰沟6条、墓葬4座。出土遗物以陶、瓷器为主。根据出土文物进行大致推测，该遗址包含了辽代晚期、金代早期、金代晚期至元初三个时期的文化堆积。发掘表明，此地自辽晚期至元初期一直是一个大型村落遗址，到明朝初期荒废为墓地。

From May to July in 1997, the former Archaeological Department of Tianjin Municipal Museum of History excavated on Halazhuang site located in Huogezhuang Village, Baodi District, Tianjin. Within the area of above 170,000 square metres the site occupies, they revealed a house-foundation, 61 ash-pits, 6 ash-trenches and 4 tombs, and brought to light mainly potteries and porcelains. Judging from the unearthed objects, the site contains cultural deposits roughly from three historical periods, namely, the late Liao period, the early Jin period, and the late Jin to early Yuan period. It can also be preliminarily inferred that the site was a major village during late Liao and early Yuan periods. It was abandoned and became a cemetery in the early Ming period.

邱承墩遗址位于江苏省无锡市鸿山镇东北约1公里处，2005年2～5月由江苏省考古研究所与无锡市锡山区文物管理委员会联合对其进行了发掘。该遗址新石器时代的文化堆积分为三期，第一期的年代相当于马家浜文化晚期；第二期的年代处于崧泽文化晚期向良渚文化的过渡阶段；第三期的遗存皆属良渚文化。该遗址第二期的并列双祭台保存较完整，在太湖地区为首次发现。第三期高台墓地的发现，对于综合研究太湖北部的良渚文化具有重要的意义。

Qiuchengdun Site is situated about 1 km to the northeast of Hongshan Town, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. From February to May in 2005, a collaborative excavation by Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Wuxi municipal administration commission of cultural heritage was carried out on the site. Its cultural stratum can be divided into three periods: the first period amounts to the late Majiabang Culture; the second period points to the transition between late Songze Culture and Liangzhu Culutre; the third period belongs to Liangzhu Culture. The parataxis sacrificial relics of the second period are first discovered in Taihu area, and the relics are preserved fairly well. The discovery of the burial mounds of the third period is of great value to the study of Liangzhu Culture in the northern Taihu area.
