英语语境:
The cliff engravings Ode to Xi Xia first appeared about 1835 years ago, and its intact preservation is rare among the Chinese cliff engravings in Han dynasty. Besides, it has a unique ideological, artistic and literary value on itself. From the Northern Song Dynasty to the early rein of Qianlong emperor, a large number of officials and scholars had been searching it out in hopes of either seeking novelty or reading for enjoyment. Since the reign of Qianlong emperor, the text of Ode to Xi Xia has spread far and wide, but little research has been carried out on the level of literature, especially on its literary status and value. As an integrated part of engraving literature, Ode to Xi Xia has played an important role in the inheritance and development of Chinese inscription literature and its literary value cannot be underestimated.
