2004年2至3月，洛阳市文物工作队在新安县洛新开发区发掘了一座西晋时期的墓葬(C12M262)。墓葬为穹隆顶砖室墓，由墓道、甬道、墓室、耳室等组成。随葬器物较为丰富，出土有陶器、铜器、漆器、铁器、金银器等。其中陶三足炉、铜熏炉、鎏金铜架、铜鸠杖、漆奁等，是洛阳地区这一时期墓葬随葬品中较罕见的器形。

In February and March of 2004, the archaeological team of Luoyang excavated a tomb of Western Jin Dynasty (Tomb No. C12M262) in the Luoxin Development Zone at Xin'an County. It was brick structure with a domed ceiling, consisting of a tomb passage, a tunnel, a tomb chamber and a side chamber. The funerary objects were quite abundant, including potteries, bronze wares, lacquer wares, pieces of iron, utensils of gold and silver, etc. Special mention should be made of those forms seldom encountered in tombs of the same period in Luoyang area: pottery stove on the feet, bronze censer, gilt bronze racket, bronze ceremonial stick, lacquer toilet box, etc.
