日本大和朝廷的外国使节迎宾馆，同时也作为遣隋使、遣唐使出航之前住所的鸿胪馆遗迹，已由福冈市教育委员会在调查发掘中发现。遗址位于福冈市中央区城内的国家指定史迹——福冈城迹中。遗址中发现础石、柱穴、唐代的青瓷片，及当时的瓦等遗迹和遗物。鸿胪馆是7世纪后半叶与大宰府一起设置的。当时是作为大和朝廷的外交机构设置在那之津地区（今福冈市）。

英语语境:

As Japan's guesthouse for foreign ambassadors, as well as the accommodation for envoys to Sui and Tang dynasties of China before setting out, the relic of Hongluguan was discovered by Fukuoka Education Council. It was situated in Fukuoka ruins, a designated historic site of Japan, in Central District of Fukuoka. Ruins and remains were unearthed, including plinths, post holes, celadon porcelain pieces of the Tang Dynasty, tiles of that time, etc. Hongluguan was set up together with Dazaifu in the second half of 7th century, as a diplomatic organization of Japan in Fukuoka.
