国际保理是保理商为卖方提供的融商业资信调查与评估、应收账款的管理与追收、贸易融资及买方信用风险担保于一体的综合性国际结算与融资方式。目前，国际保理已经成为主要的国际贸易结算方式，我国的保理业务总额在世界上所占的比例还不到百分之一。从我国商业银行资产负债、中间业务的经营结构来看，中间业务明显偏低，尤其是国际保理业务方面更加薄弱。

英语语境:

International factoring is an alternative method of international settlement and financing provided by factors to exporters, which involves credit investigation and evaluation, management and collection of accounts receivable, trade financing and protection for buyer's credit. It has been one of the major methods of international trade settlement. But the total amount of our factoring is less than one percent of the world. Seen from the operating structure of assets, liabilities and intermediary services, intermediary services occupy a relatively small proportion, and international factoring services are especially weak.
