以2012年我国10家高校上市公司的专利技术扩散现状分析为基础，从复杂网络视角分别构建专利技术扩散的Bass、MI和SW三种网络模型，进而选择8家高校上市公司和非高校上市公司进行配对比较分析，并应用CurveExpert软件进行网络模型拟合。网络参数比较分析后得出以下重要结论：复杂网络模型能用于描述专利技术扩散过程；高校上市公司要比非高校上市公司的专利技术扩散网络更加完善；不同高校上市公司的外部因素影响力可能是促进或制约作用；高校上市公司和非高校上市公司都会受到较大的内部影响，而且高校上市公司比非高校上市公司的内部影响要大；高校上市公司更倾向于以亲密型为主的研发合作关系，这种合作关系稳定。

Based on the status of patent technology diffusion of ten university listing corporations in 2012, eight university and non-university listing corporations are compared by Bass, MI and SW models in view of complex network. The models are fitted by CurveExpert software. By comparative analysis of network parameters, some main conclusions are drawn as follows. Complex network model can describe patent technology diffusion process. We found that patent technology diffusion networks of university listing corporations are healthier. The exterior force of different university listing corporations may be positive or negative. Furthermore, university listing corporations and non-university listing corporations can be influenced by interior factors, and the influence for university listing corporations may be bigger. Finally, university listing corporations tend to be more intimate and their symbiosis is more stable.
