英语语境:
To some extent, moral relationship is an economic one, without which any moral judgment makes no sense. In private enterprises, the two moral subjects (employer and employee) are not equitable in economic and managerial statuses and therefore are inequitable in moral right and moral duty, making moral rights of the inferior moral subject (employee) vulnerable. Adopting “moral agent“ system is the prerequisite condition to ensure the status equity of the moral subjects of a private enterprise.
