The Bayesian impulse response function of exogenous shocks shows that employment in formal and informal sectors has different responses to the same exogenous shock, proving the rationality of considering the heterogeneity of different sectors. The results of social welfare analysis indicate that the existence of informal sector improves social welfare through the reduction in nominal price rigidity, but leads to the deterioration of social welfare through unemployment hysteresis. And as a whole, the existence of informal sector worsens social welfare.
