英语语境:

Due to the influence of history, politics, culture and laws, most people are unaware of the employment equality, and it is hard for them to have an equal employment environment through education and social security systems. Therefore, in order to eliminate employment and occupation discrimination on the basis of social origin, China should promote related legislation reform, strengthen government supervision, make use of the functions of both employers'organizations and trade unions, and improve the education system and labor markets environment.
