Nowadays, China has become the second largest import country of oil in the world. However, in these years, we are obliged to accept the oil price in the international markets, which does not match the status of “international factory". Since 2003, the continuing increase of international oil price has exerted a comprehensive effect on the international economic growth, and the profound cause behind involves the operational mechanism of oil price. In the era of high oil price, China should enhance its ability to make the price of international oil, and make relevant adjustments in policies.
