近年来，我国国民总收入初次分配增速最高者是企业，政府的增速次之，而居民收入增长较慢。分配是否合理，首先的也是主要的取决于初次分配，而不是再分配。我国国民总收入经过再分配后所形成的分配格局同初次分配的结果相比大致相同，依然是企业、政府所得的比重上升，而居民所得的比重下降。
英语语境:
