In recent years, the increasing income disparity has attracted the attention of the scholars and there has been a debate over the issue for a quite long period. Although domestic scholars have achieved a relatively high level in terms of their empirical research, the field of combing the standard analysis with the empirical analysis is still new. Researchers are working to introduce value judgment into the income distribution function, obtain the key influential factors and briefly analyze their specific impacts, design a standard function to determine the income distribution and make corresponding empirical analysis, and finally use the Atkinson index to examine resident income distribution effect. The result points out the way to adjust the income disparity.
