Agricultural surplus-labour transfer depends on the non-agriculture industry's demands for labour, while the demands for labour in turn relies on the growth of output value, labour productivity and the growth rate of investment. Taking the above-mentioned three factors as starting point, we manage to establish a simple mathematical model which describes non-agriculture industry's absorption of agricultural surplus-labour, and then give some positive analyses about the model based on the current material ever since China's opening to the world.
