现代项目管理往往基于项目利益相关者满意来衡量项目的价值，探讨项目的成功。而对项目利益相关者的识别和分类，则是项目利益相关者研究的基础。我们从项目生命周期角度入手，借鉴“多维细分法“，将政府投资项目利益相关者基于主动性、影响力和利益性三个维度，分成核心利益相关者、一般利益相关者和边缘利益相关者。

英语语境:

In the research of modern project management, value and success of a project are usually measured by the satisfaction of stakeholders. In addition, identifying project stakeholders and classifying these stakeholders are fundamental issues to be addressed in the research of stakeholders. From the perspective of project life cycle, we propose a multi-dimension classification method of project stakeholders. Specifically, stakeholders are classified by 3 dimensions (i.e., active tendency, power and benefit) as 3 categories (i.e., core stakeholders, general stakeholders and marginal stakeholders).
