英语语境:
The economic monopolization refers to the control over market and the interference in it, which contain enterprise monopolization and government monopolization. The harm of monopolization is tremendous; hence all the countries have imposed very strict restrictions on it. The present “Anti-Unjust Competition Law” of China is not powerful enough to restrict monopolization, especially economic monopolization from the government. The economic and legal thoughts in the “Anti-Trust Act” of U.S.A. and its enforcement have provided us with a very good reference model.
