Farmers'financial requirements are diversified, regional, upgrading and unstable. The rural credit constraints are prevalent. The development of capital market and insurance market has lagged behind, and the new rural financial institution has poor sustainability. All of these problems severely restrict the sustainable development of rural economy. Therefore, the reform and development of rural finance in the future should focus on the following five aspects: farmers'diversified financial needs, the financial coverage rate in the western areas, farmers'financial risks, the coordinate development of rural folk finance and formal finance, as well as rural finance ecology.
