英语语境:
Since 30 years of reform and opening up, the institutional arrangements of urbanization in China has experienced the process that from restricting to allowing and guiding, and to encouraging farmers into the city, which played an important role in creating employment opportunities, upgrading the industrial structure and promoting economic growth. At this stage, urbanization in China also faces development of domestic demand, citizenization of farmers-turned migrant workers, distribution of urban system and other issues. For the next step, China needs to accelerate the development of urbanization, from the distribution breakthrough to comprehensively promoting stage, from three dimensions of scale restructuring, spatial restructuring and industrial restructuring to establishing the overall distribution of urban system in China.
