Amalgamation of enterprises is a kind of strategic choice in the course of operation and development of enterprises. As a new trend of the combination of the strong ones, transnational amalgamation has appeared since 1990s. Our country has already joined WTO, hence the industries participating in international competition are being expanded constantly. In order to improve the international competitiveness of industry of our country, enterprises in China must realize the leap-forward development through acquisition&amalgamation, so as to embrace globalization.
