To keep balance in perfect harmony among consumer's needs, enterprise's profits and social whole interests, the social marketing concept requires proper way of managing the conflict among them when making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration. Benefits were brought into our daily life because of the green barrier policy, such as the improvement of ecological environment and public health, effective distribution of social resources, reduction of fake and forged green products as well as the enhancement of enterprise international competitiveness. From the perspective of social marketing, green barrier has its rationality. Enterprises, when facing the green barrier, should try their best to establish the awareness of social marketing, develop green products, and actively apply for ISO1400 and green sign authentication.
