在我国社会由生存型阶段向发展型阶段转变之际，财富生产和财富分配关系异化问题仍然没有根本解决，这为重构二者关系提供了契机。为此，我国应从根本上将为出口而生产、为GDP而生产转到为国内消费而生产上来，通过调整生产资料占有形式来解决分配的不公问题，以保证人民群众共享经济发展和财富生产的成果。
英语语境:
Our society is transforming from survival stage to development stage, while the mismatch between wealth production and the wealth distribution still has not radically the solved, providing a chance to restructure the relations between the two. Therefore, the production of our country which is aimed at export and GDP should be fundamentally change the target to domestic consumption, solve the unfair distrubution problem by adjusting the form of producer goods. This will enable people to share the benefit gained from economic development and wealth production.
