市场力量有效率与非效率之分。非效率市场力量来源于交易费用，反垄断等规制的实质对象，即引起垄断问题的只是部分交易费用严重的非效率市场力量。效率市场力量有生产方面和交易方面之分。前者源于生产要素的效率优势，但其实现有赖于非效率市场力量或者交易方面效率市场力量的存在。后者源于企业要素所有者之间交易费用的节约，具有自我维护的机制。

英语语境:

Market forces include non-efficient and efficient market forces. Non-efficient market forces come from the substantial objects of such as trading expense and anti-monopoly regulation. In other words, what cause monopoly are only some non-efficient market forces, which has serious trading expense. In addition, efficient market forces have two aspects: production and trading. The former derives from efficiency advantage of production factors, while its realization depends on the existence of non-efficient market forces and efficient market forces in trading. The latter comes from economization of trading expense among enterprise elements owners, which is self-protective.
