In order to solve the problem of China's foreign exchange reserve, the first thing is to eliminate the intrinsic mechanism which causes the rapid growth of foreign exchange reserve. As for the management of the existing assets, we should mainly start from these aspects: dispersing risks, training international financial expertise, promoting the reform of international monetary system, strengthening the consultations with America.
