现金物流管理是银行重要的业务活动。受计划经济体制的影响，当前中国银行业现金物流管理存在成本高、效率低和风险大等问题。应在供应链框架下建立新的现金物流管理模式，包括第三方现金物流管理、现金物流战略联盟和现金物流风险管理三个模块。学界针对第三方现金物流管理，给出了仿真建模的思路和对结果的分析；并提出，商业银行将现金物流业务外包给第三方现金物流组织，能提升商业银行的核心竞争力。
英语语境:
Cash logistics management is an important business activity of banks. However, because of the influence of planned economy in the past, cash logistics management of today's China is facing problems such as high costs, low efficiency and high risks. A new cash logistics management mode should be built under the supply chain framework, which consists of three sub-mode including the third party cash logistics management, strategic alliance of cash logistics, and risk management of cash logistics. The idea of constructing a simulation model about the third party cash logistics management is given by researchers. Meanwhile, it is proposed that the core competitiveness of commercial banks can be improved indeed under the condition that the cash logistics services are outsourced to the third party cash logistics organizations.
