Environmental information disclosure is a new approach of environmental management. To a certain degree, this approach can improve the quality and execution of environmental decision-making and pollution control. China has already started some exploration and practice with regard to environmental information disclosure of goverments, enterprises and other forms of disclosure. During the practice, China faces several problems such as incomplete legal system of information disclosure, inaccurate information, insufficient information provided by enterprises and products. Therefore, we should perfect the legal system of environmental information disclosure, strengthen the enterprises'effort of environmental disclosure, and construct a public environmental information system.

However, there are many problems in the information opening in universities concerning the consciousness and range of openness, and supervision system.
