Forfaiting business is the outcome of the new ideas from the international financial business, and it is the action that the bank buys all the long term bills from the export trade in a non-resourse way and provides trade financing. There are three factors needed for developing this business: the increase of import and export, the increase of deferring payment causing the increase of capital need, the increase of foreign exchange supply causing the increase of investment need. With the quick development of our international trade, the national banks have already had the practical foundation of starting the forfaiting business, but at the same time some problems must be solved.
