Based on the observations of issues of debt capital circulation, we hold that from the perspective of debtor's debt capital circulation, debt repayment with uncertainty will cause divestment risk and liquidity risk, and debt repayment with certainty will probably bring about liquidity shock too. As a debtor, the enterprise must pay close attention to and make prevention of divestment risk of the debt capital as well as the related liquidity risks. Meanwhile, it should pay attention to the optimization of liability patterns, for this is an effective way to prevent debt risks.
