In view of the demand of reality and politics, the CCP(the Chinese Communist Party) set up the Federation of Industry and Commerce on the basis of accepting reorganization of the original Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the 1950s, and untangled and reformed the Trade Association, and then reframed the system of the Chamber of Commerce.Due to the different political arrangement for the Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Trade Association, the CCP adopted the different reformation tactic, and finally retained the Federation of Industry and Commerce and cancelled the Trade Association.This system arrangement with relative ease not only, to a certain extent, reduced the conflict caused by revolution mode, but also achieved the goal in controlling market and society.
